How does Deal Finder work?

Binvested.com.au have team of property researchers headed up by well known property investor Nathan Birch. Deal Finder presents properties daily to its subscribers which fit the criteria’s of being cheap, undervalue, high yielding, upside for instant equity and growth down the track. It’s researchers have built up strong relationships with real estate agents over the years in order to be the first to call when a certain property comes on the market not only giving its subscribers the edge of knowledge before it comes on the advertised market but also preference as a buyer as they are known to complete the deal which gives confidence to both the vendor and the agent.
Deal Finder sends out two reports on each property daily to its investors. One being similar to a valuation which is a RP Data CMA report showing a predicted price generated by RP Data, also providing comparable property sales in similar areas of similar value so you can make a decision and contact the agent to purchase having confidence of its value. Secondly, Deal Finder sends for each property daily a cash flow sheet which has all the numbers on it so one knows confidently how the acquisition will look like on their bottom line being a positive or negative position with most being neutral to positive properties.
