Some friends of mine were complaining that they couldn't find any cheap ($150K) and large (20acre) blocks of land anywhere. So I've sent them about 50+ domain links which satisfy that criteria. I thought I'd take a look at South Eastern Victoria and I found this absolute gem.

Maybe they meant they can't find anything close to civilisation for that price, or anywhere they could get finance for?

No, they were just being whinging slacker hippies who didn't know how to use domain properly!

There are plenty of places fairly close (within 3hrs) to Sydney. Trouble is you either get 1 acre for $150K or you get 60acres for $450K. There aren't many that are $150K for 20acres. It's a minimum entry fee thing.

and then they wanted a creek running through the property as well .. and adequate rainfall ... not too hot in Summer ... :)
