The typical buyer’s agency is like the typical player. They take your hand and make you feel good. They reassure you with promises of fulfilment and a lifetime of happiness.

 

Then they leave…

 

If you purchase properties through a buyer’s agency, you want someone who is in it for the long haul.

 

You want someone who will help you find a property manager and cut through the red tape.

 

Someone to help you negotiate a better price after the building report comes back.

 

Someone to make sense of insurance policies and defend you against wilful seller’s agents.

 

But, most importantly, you want someone who will be there after the dead has been done.

2) THEY LEAVE YOU WITH A MESS ON YOUR HANDS

You bought them flowers, paid for dinner, drinks, a taxi ride, etc. Somewhere along the line you lent them your credit card and told them you would sort out their phone bill.

Little did you know that some people have a knack of playing things up to get what they want.

If your lover leaves before you wake, then they haven’t taken the time to get to know you. If they did, they may have stayed for a long time.

 

The best buyer’s agent will spend as much time on you as they need to in order to understand. They want to know where you see yourself in the future. They want to hear about your dreams and aspirations. They need to know your needs, so they can help you fulfil them.
