LESS THAN WHOLESALE PRICE

This one was picked up for around $30,000 under market value. The purchase price is so low that it would cost more to build the same property.

 

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

This apartment is located around 20kms from the CBD of Brisbane. Nathan says, there is a lot of activity happening in this particular market. He expects to see a lot of growth over the next couple of years.
