About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients in the Western Downs region while remotely assisting a Senior property Manager located on the Gold Coast.

• Assist with a portfolio
• Carry out routine inspections
• Complete entry and exit condition reports
• Collect keys from builders/other agencies
• Assist with coordinating maintenance, tenancies etc

The ideal candidate with require:

• Current unrestricted Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
• Computer literacy and own computer
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to implement systems and procedures.
• Strong customer service focus and skills
• Ability to identify issues and provide solutions
• A real estate agents’ certificate will be seen as an advantage
