About the role

The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the marketing team in achieving key objectives. You will be agile and improve the effectiveness of marketing.

Your day will include:

  • Support the business through the successful coordination and execution of marketing and EDM campaigns, initiatives and activities
  • Coordinate marketing events
  • Marketing Automation
  • Assisting the Marketing Team
  • Managing Social Media Channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube
  • Content Creation for social media
  • Blog Article Publishing
  • Website Design and content updates via WordPress
  • Take photos and video for content creation
  • Liaise with the external agencies
  • Project Management
  • Reporting

 To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3+ years as a Marketing Coordinator
  • Marketing Degree or Diploma (preferred)
  • Ideally from a property, construction or real estate and development background
  • An interest and have passion for property / investments and management
  • Photo / Video Recording + Editing Experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to digest and utilise Reporting Metrics
  • Experience using SalesForce (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience using SalesForce Marketing Cloud (preferred but not essential)
