The client who purchased it had the foresight to understand that after a renovation, the property would make a nice investment.

Nowadays, in 2017, you would find it near impossible to buy a similar property in this area for less than $500,000.
Just imagine if you had bought 10 of these back in the day – you’d be laughing by now.
