One Week Challenge: 5 Daily Steps To Improve Your Mindset
So many people get caught up in their day to day life. They don’t devote any time to self-development. To improve your mindset can be the first step to improving your future. Here’s an exercise for you to try that will strengthen your resolve and get you started on your journey to a better life.
1) Ask yourself this:
If you didn’t have to worry about money, what would your life look like?
Where would you be? What would you be doing?
2) Develop a daily habit.
Once you have realised what you want out of life, spend ten minutes every day for a week thinking about it.
Think about what you would need to achieve in order to live this sort of life. Develop a plan of attack.
3) Take action.
Start doing what you need to do to achieve your goal.
As you spend more and more time doing this, you will want your ideal life more and more.
This will strengthen your certainty, and your resolve to take action.
4) Do it even more.
Make it a daily ritual, and increase the amount of time you spend each day doing it.
Make sure you do something every day that will bring you closer to achieving your goals.
5) Don’t give up.
Don’t let it slide, or you will get side-tracked.
If you do these things you will make your ideal life part of your day to day life.
Eventually, you will be living and breathing it. It will be reality.
Once you complete the challenge, you will hopefully be more focused on achieving your goals.
