WHY PEOPLE WHO NETWORK WITH SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ALSO BECOME SUCCESSFUL.
Success is contagious. Unfortunately, so is failure.
If you want to reach financial freedom through property investing, networking with other investors can help you on the road to success.
But, how can you connect with the successful ones when more than 60% of Aussie investors lose money each year?
Out of all the contagious things in this world, success has got to be the best. It is pretty hard to become successful at anything if you are surrounded by people who are going nowhere.
It’s also difficult to be a failure if you are surrounded by those who are successful.
WHY NETWORKING IS SO IMPORTANT.
Surrounding yourself with successful people means you have got several examples to follow.
You can hear about the mistakes others have made and vow never to make them.
You can find out where others did well and try to replicate this for yourself, and you can bounce ideas off one another and filter through any uncertainty.
The best part? You can get answers to all those questions you have about investing.
NATHAN’S SOCIAL NETWORK.
When Nathan Birch began his journey as a property investor more than 13 years ago, he was surrounded by people who thought he would go bust.
Nathan pushed on, but it took a thick skin and an unwavering belief in himself. Now, at the age of 32, he has a net worth of $30 million.
When he left the workforce at the age of 24 to focus on his investing, he had a great idea. Along with fellow investor, Daniel Young, he would create a community of like-minded individuals. Binvested was born. It was born out of a love of property investing; a love that the boys wanted to share with other interested individuals.
Nathan knew that by helping other Australians achieve financial freedom through investing, he would be creating a community of successful investors.
This was something he never had when he was starting out – something that would help countless new investors on their journeys.
EXPANDING YOUR CIRCLE.
Binvested clients have no trouble expanding their circle of contacts. This is because we host a range of events and social functions in order to get people talking.
The first point of contact most clients have with each other is at one of our MAP sessions. Hosted by Daniel, these sessions facilitate a range of discussions between new and experienced investors about strategy, structuring and finance.
BINVESTED CHRISTMAS PARTY.
Each year, our staff and clients get together for a themed Christmas party. We recap the year that has passed and discuss the year that is coming. Our clients get the chance to network with their peers, as well as Nathan and the Binvested team.
At the end of each financial year we hold an exclusive function for all of our clients. Members of the Binvested community hear from department heads about industry updates and new initiatives. Clients also get to share their successes and challenges from the past financial year.
In 2018, we hope to extend into the wider community, and help people from all walks of life get into property investing.
In January, we will be celebrating Australia Day at Bella Vista Farm as part of a family fun day. This will be a great way to share our resources with Australian families who would like to get ahead with their finances. By reaching into the wider community we aim to show people that property investing is an achievable goal no matter what your income or financial background.
