How Deal Finder Works
B Invested‘s Deal Finder is a unique private community within the property investment marketplace.
Deal Finder offers you the opportunity, subject to acceptance to the community, to receive properties on a daily basis, with the ground work done.
Using our networks within the real estate industry, and stringent acquisition criteria, we will provide you with a cash flow forecast*, comparable market sales reports (RP Data), and a brief of the property, leaving you with only the negotiation and standard due diligence (i.e. pest, building, finance, legal, and accountancy) to finalise.
Deal Finder will provide you with as many properties as you want, or can handle at once, in a cost effective manner. This service is designed to ease the burden of the difficulties in finding the right investment property to fit your MAP (Mentoring Acquisition Program), whilst providing you with all the relevant data to support your purchasing decision.
Our main selection criteria is to have a strong yield of 7-10% (and up to 15% on some out of the box properties), and low entry prices (typically under $300,000, and sometimes under $100,000). B Invested does not earn any commissions, nor do you pay the hefty price tags most buyer’s agents charge, quite often over $10,000 per purchase. Our competitive subscription from just $299 per month provides you with the resources and tools in building a multiple property portfolio which has never been so easy, or cost effective.
