After you purchase your MAP session via online payment you will be contacted by the Binvested customer service team within 24 business hours to organise your time to attend the session and tell you how to prepare for the session. A receipt of payment will be sent to you straight after the payment goes through via your email. After you attend your MAP session
If you are dissatisfied with the MAP session then we will need to receive feedback from you as to why our service was not satisfactory. You will be asked to provide us with feedback via an online form. After we review your feedback you shall be given a full refund within 30 days.
Unable to attend the MAP session
We can change the time that you would like to attend at any time. However you must give us at least 48h notice of you not being able to attend a particular session.
