About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced and energetic Administrative Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll never be bored in this role, and you will be given the opportunity to be a vital member of our business.

Key responsibilities for our new Administrative Assistant include:

• First point of contact for clients, visitors and staff.
• Collect and distribute mail.
• Manage all aspects if the day to day running of the office.
• Organise office supplies.
• Organise and booking meetings, booking rooms, catering and taking minutes.
• Maintain, update and audit company CRM.
• Preparing regular reports and presentations.
• Assist with organisation of both internal and external events.
• Organise travel arrangement.
• Assist with any administration tasks from management team.

About You

You must be dynamic, energetic and proactive and love working in a fast-paced environment. You will be experienced in working in a similar type of environment and passionate to not only do the role, but to grow the role. This is not your usual Administrative Assistant role, for our role is a central cog in our business wheel and will see you work closely with Senior.
Management, to achieve our organisational objectives:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience in using MS Office (eg. Word, Excel etc)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience in Project Management
• Office Administrator or Secretarial qualifications
