Investment Journey

When I began my property investing career I had little to no experience in the market. I heard an interview with Nathan and just called up B.Invested on blind faith. I initially had a lot of doubt, hesitation, and fear surrounding my decision. But speaking to Gemma, and having her explain the entire process, as well as her own investment story, helped me slowly begin to understand how it all works.

I started out with $140k savings and spent it all on three properties straight away. As long as my Finance Manager, Dinesha from Zinger Finance, along with my Investor Relations Manager, Gemma, agree that I can do another property, and it works with my portfolio, then I jump back in. I’ve learnt that if I wait too long, the deals that are presented to me will go pretty quick and those opportunities don’t always come around. So I guess the best thing about working with B.Invested is getting the education and knowledge of how the property market works and making good educated decisions.

Goals

My initial goal was to get myself into a position where I could step away from full-time work. Now where I’m at is to retire my parents, and have them live a comfortable life. So I think that will be my first moment of celebration. I’m not sure when that will be, but I just keep trusting in the process and I’ll get there. I believe you need to dream big to live big, everything else is just a part of the process.

Recommendations

I would definitely recommend B.Invested to others. I’ve told so many people about the company, what they provide, the process, and where I’m at is proof that it works. If someone wants to know, I’m very open in telling them how I do it. Everyone achieves success at different stages in their life, but it all comes down to the simple act of starting.
