Broker Support

As a Broker Support, you would assist the team in the following aspects:

• Preparing and lodging loan applications, including but not limited to, reviewing the viability of the application based on the information provided by the mortgage broker, and ensure all supporting documents are provided and accurate;

• Utilise, maintain, enter and update data within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;

• Effective document management, including but not limited to, scanning, filing and indexing;

• Manage and follow up on all loans from lodgement through to settlement;

• Investigate and manage enquiries, reporting and escalations;

Sales Associate

Baulkham Hills, Sydney NSW

About the role:

• Sales Associate working alongside a close knit team

• Assist with buyer appointments

• Provide exception customer service

• Maintaining our CRM system

• Calling and liaising with new enquiry

• Arranging and conducting appointments

• Geographically this role will be based in North West Sydney

• This is a hands-on role that will give you exposure to the full lifecycle of residential sales

Admin Assistant

Key responsibilities for our new Administrative Assistant include:

• First point of contact for clients, visitors and staff.

• Collect and distribute mail.

• Manage all aspects if the day to day running of the office.

• Organise office supplies.

• Organise and booking meetings, booking rooms, catering and taking minutes.

• Maintain, update and audit company CRM.

• Preparing regular reports and presentations.

• Assist with organisation of both internal and external events.

• Organise travel arrangement.

• Assist with any administration tasks from management team.
